Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Touria Tours, whether
through our website, email, messaging platforms or direct contact. By confirming a booking, the
client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these terms without reservation.
1. Company Information
Touria Tours is a travel and tourism service provider operating in the Kingdom of Morocco,
specialized in private tours, excursions, transfers and tailor-made travel experiences.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after receipt of the
required payment (deposit or full amount). Touria Tours reserves the right to refuse any
booking for operational or safety reasons.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or Euros and include only the services explicitly
mentioned in the confirmed program. Any service not specified is excluded. Prices may be
adjusted in case of extraordinary events such as fuel increases, taxes, exchange rate
fluctuations or force majeure.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to
or on the day of service, as agreed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash or
any other agreed method.
5. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
– More than 7 days before service: refund possible excluding bank charges
– 3 to 7 days before service: 50% of total amount charged
– Less than 72 hours or no-show: 100% of total amount charged
Certain services may be non-refundable according to supplier policies.
6. Modifications or Cancellation by Touria Tours
Touria Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to force majeure, safety
concerns or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, an alternative solution or refund
will be offered without further compensation.
7. Liability
Touria Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. The agency shall
not be held liable for delays, accidents, losses or damages caused by third parties or events
beyond its reasonable control. Clients remain responsible for their personal belongings
throughout the trip.
8. Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance. All vehicles operated by Touria
Tours are covered by insurance policies compliant with Moroccan regulations and specifically
adapted for tourist transportation. In case of an accident, coverage shall be provided in
accordance with the applicable insurance terms.
9. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days following the completion of the
service. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution
shall be sought first. Failing this, Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
PRIVACY POLICY
Touria Tours is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its clients in
accordance with international data protection standards.
1. Data Collection
We collect personal data necessary for booking and service delivery, including name, contact
details and travel information.
2. Use of Data
Personal data is used exclusively for reservation management, customer communication and
service improvement.
3. Data Protection
Touria Tours does not sell or share personal data with third parties except where legally
required.
4. User Rights
Clients have the right to access, modify or request deletion of their personal data at any time.
